What we're about
Grounded Aerial combines modern dance (ground) with uniquely rigged aerial elements (air) in equal parts. We utilize the dimensions of each space to literally create a newly developed piece specifically designed for any particular venue - never to be duplicated for any other event. Our technically trained dancers are proficient in all forms of dance, with an extensive history in aerial and theater performance.
Our work varies from evening-length pieces in traditional stage venues, through the great outdoors, to site-specific work on the outside of a 20 story building in NYC.
